You may wish to hire the applicant and place them directly on your payroll. You are then charged a percentage of the employee’s yearly salary according to a fee schedule available through our office. Our placement is then backed by a guarantee.
Temporary to Hire
It may fit your needs to keep an employee on our payroll for a set amount of working days before placing them on your payroll. This allows you to be able to evaluate the employee’s performance before hiring them directly. They would be paid by NVStaffing under the same guidelines are our temporaries at a reduced rate.
We can assist with temporary help when needed for deadlines, illnesses, special projects and to maintain work flow during vacations. Rates are established according to the skills required. Billing rates will normally be quoted at the time of order. Temporary workers are our employees, remain on our payroll, and we assume responsibility for payment of their salaries, payroll taxes and workers compensation. We bill you weekly for their time on an hourly basis. Temporary invoices are payable upon receipt.
